Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I was absolutely delighted with the job that Stephen did. I wanted one wall tiled behind my cooker and I had already bought the tiles so had an image in mind. When Stephen came out he gave me expert advice and tips on what I should use in terms of adhesive, grout and trim. He was the only tradesman to measure the area I wanted tiled which was reassuring from the start and I made an instant decision to use him for my job. He turned up on time and did a brilliant job.
