Ryan was punctual at all times. His communication skills are excellent. Ryan and the team worked efficiently and effectively. The finish on the job was good. I believe that he diagnosed correctly the problem with the roof. I can’t confirm yet whether the leak has been resolved. I’ll have to wait until it rains!

Carl and the team undertook a full landscape, fencing and decking project. It wasn't a small task, with hidden tree stumps, heavily overgrown garden and uneven levels. The good news - my previous review and perception has improved significantly. Literally a 180 turnaround. The bad news is Rated People doesn't allow me to remove the previous review, only update it. Therefore just to provide a brief update; Asa has since joined the team and wow what a difference he has made. Very customer centric, communicates very well and really reasonable all round. The guys reattended to resolve the issues and since then no more leaks.
