AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Andrey completed work under contract with guarantees, but within 2 months the exterior paint peeled off & looks awful. After acknowledging the poor workmanship, Andrey has systematically avoided all accountability - dodging calls, breaking promises, and blatantly refusing to honour his contractual obligations. A complete lack of professional integrity, despite us having all records of communication - he cannot be trusted to stand behind his work.

I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. He completed one bathroom within a month of instructing, to a high standard and we were delighted. This gave me full confidence to let the second bathroom which again was superb

Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. I was so pleased with the work Cameron and his team did in laying my new lawn and adding a beautiful water feature. They were so well mannered and nothing was to much trouble.
