Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Martin quoted for a problem with damp all around the back of my house. From the outset he was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and quoted a decent price. He carried out the work efficiently and quickly, and helped with lots of advice about other issues with the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending him 100%, and I plan to hire him again for various other jobs. It's always difficult using tradespeople you don't know but I definitely trust him to do a good job and to go above and beyond!

With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication.
