Prior to Xmas our oil fired boiler broke down. I contacted Rated People and Nash Plumbing got in touch. After discussion it was decided they quote for a new boiler in garage. I agreed with price and they could start right away. They were efficient, clean and professional. I would certainly recommend them.

As there was only two names there I choose Paul Hennessey I dont know if he is jps plum etc I dont think so as you sent me five names any way this is Paul Hennessy from Gowerton Swansea and he was ex. Craig turned up on the date promised, worked long hours to ensure he completed the task on time. Very neat and tidied up after each day. System works without any problems and lower gas bills already after 6 months. A worth while investment in a new heating system. I would recommend Craig to install a new heating system no problem.

We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.
