Stephen and his colleague came to visit me this morning after a short call yesterday after they had seen my job posted. They were 10 minutes early, and despite offering the restaurants they just wanted to get straight onto the job which was fine by me. We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

We had Haki come in to do our laminate flooring, skirting boards and tv bracket. He was super efficient and very diligent in his work. Kris was amazing! His work ethic is second to none. Arrived on time and would not leave until he was finished which was 12 hours later (!) due to my non-square house and he would not let me pay him more! I have already booked him for another job because finding reliable and skilled tradesmen who charge very reasonable rates is like gold dust. I imagine he will be in demand so if he quotes and he is not immediately available my advice would be wait until he has availability.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
