I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. From initial point of contact to completion of the project I was delighted to find a reliable and trustworthy contractor. John did a great job and from beginning to end was professional, tidy, friendly and happy to answer any questions. Very pleased to have used him to restore 5 sash windows and would recommend him. It is clear he has a passion for what he does and wanted to ensure the job was done properly as opposed to rushing things. The result is properly working windows in keeping with the character of the home.

Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. The quality of the paint work was good as well as the price! Marcin and his friend seemed easy going yet professional in their approach. There had been a misunderstanding regarding some areas I'd asked to be painted so when I spoke with Marcin about it he was more than happy to sort it out. I'd very much recommend Marcin and would ask him back again if I needed any more work done.
