Hi i didn't end up using carroll carpets in the end. But they was the first to get back & the first around my house..
Their command of the English was limited; they were unable to take directions to get to my property. It therefore undermined my confidence they could expedite the works
Didn't make good wall in hallway which was on the estimate. Continually asking money when the job wasn't finished. Poor quality workmanship, not really a builder more DIY man
