When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Nice down to earth guy, clearly knows his stuff. We are absolutely going to use him again.

We believe that repairs of your existing windows and doors are usually a far more cost effective answer to replacements. We repair or replace all types of windows, doors and conservatories including Bi-fold doors, French doors, Patio doors, sash windows, casement windows, fanlight windows, roof windows etc. In our experience there is nothing we cannot repair. We can keep our costs down as we don’t have expensive sales and marketing in place. We rely greatly on word of mouth as this is the best form of advertising.

What a fantastic job Jack and the team did! As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Painted external walls of mum's bungalow. She has Alzheimer's so workmen needed to understand the situation, especially as I couldn't be there all the time. Damian kept in touch by text throughout and did a very good job, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards, at a fair price. Would be happy to use again.

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

These have done an amazing job. Came and quoted, with dates for us to agree upon. They turned up bright and early as discussed and worked really hard. They had a tough base to work from and I couldn't be happier. All paint work is to a high standard and they left my house tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Also I really appreciated them working with us to ensure they wernt working in rooms we needed to use and to check we were happy with their work. Would definitely recommend and use again.
