After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

came on 21st july, gave estimate and agreed job. said panels would be ready in 5 days. eventually fitted on 21st august, 30 days later One panel faulty(not noticed by john hall). Replaced this panel a week later, when he had to reverse panels, mas they had been fitted the wrond way round!!.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

We specialise in leak detection with the use of our inspection camera as well as all drainage issues, we have high pressured waters jetters. We also offer 24hour emergency call out.
Ashely initially appears honest although he is very inexperienced, unprofessional and pulls quotation figures out of thin air. he was unable to identify the problem and therefore went through a myriad of potential remedies which he kept billing me for before working out what the actual issue was. I had a blocked Kitchen sink when I contacted Ashley via Active Plumbing £700 later I still have a blocked sink, a gaping whole in the back of my kitchen units and a leaking sink. 1/10 Avoid at all costs.

Didn't make good wall in hallway which was on the estimate. Continually asking money when the job wasn't finished. Poor quality workmanship, not really a builder more DIY man
