Very pleased with the service that we received. He arrived promptly and was efficient. Very polite and curteous would happily recommend. It was also a Bank Holiday and this did not deter him from coming out so we were very pleased and the fault was rectified.

Nick pulled out all the stops, excellent installation of a shower including wiring to the consumer unit downstairs, very nice to deal with, his plummer reccomendation was aslo really good. Couldnt be happier, thanks Nick!

Caution urged. My initial review written while wearing rose tinted specs! Reality is very different. I used this trader for other tasks and now have incomplete work on several jobs. My fault, I paid in full having believed everything I was told about status of completion. No response to messages.

John met me as arranged to survey the job & agreed a date & time to carry out the work. He arrived as agreed & proceeded to carry out the work of upgrading the main consumer unit & testing the whole electrical system. Overall John is very reliable & competant at his job & I would recommend him to anyone.

I can accept that problems occur and that Christmas is a busy time, but that is no excuse for the complete lack of contact and honesty. So, in the circumstances I do not wish for you to continue with the job.

Zero, if possible. Not sure if it’s truthful. I took 3 days off work - didn’t turn up on any day. Claimed death in family on third day so maybe unfair. Still; car broken on one day, need to go to doctors on third, then death on fourth. I’m 3 days out of pocket now! Told me all jobs on hold, who knows maybe my review will help someone.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
