I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.

Nicolae was great to work with, very accommodating, quick and unphased by bad weather. Did an excellent job with the blockwork at a good price and a good job with the plastering, which was little bit more expensive, but worth the assurance of having the same person do both jobs. Would recommend for similar, quick turnaround jobs.

Alex has completely refurbished my bathroom and i am thrilled with the result. Alex is very skilled and his work is excellent. He takes pride in what he does, and his attention to, and the care he takes with the smallest details, are not seen so often these days. Alex is obliging and helpfull with advice, and will consult his customer on details. He gets on with the job and does not mind staying late until he's finished what he is doing and cleans up before he leaves. He is a very pleasant man.
