The service was excellent. Artur came the day after I posted the job (the Friday), and true to his word, he and his team started the job on the Monday. The work was of excellent quality. They worked very cleanly, even going beyond the point of duty, moving articles out of the way. The work was completed within a week as promised and was of exceptional quality. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone for painting, decorating and building work. Well done.

Spas quoted for a complete kitchen and bathroom refurb plus some floor sanding and decorating. His quote was very competitive and he said it would take 2 weeks. Unfortunately it took 5 weeks, the plumbing had to be re-done as it caused flooding in the kitchen and the bathroom tiling was bodged. Whilst Spas was very likeable and we amicably agreed a settlement, I think he was naive and also chose to take short cuts at my expense when he realised the job was bigger than he thought.

Lyudmil gave us a very good quote to repair our broken fence. two fence panes and a post. He cemented the post in and the shaped the panels to where the existing ones used to be. He did a very good, neat and tidy job, He didn't rush the job and spent quite some time doing it. I would thoroughly recommend lt-homeservices for any job you may have.
