Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! We added a few minor things as we remembered them but no hassle, added them in. Very happy with results.

Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing! Contractors were due at 9.30 in the morning and did not turn up until 2 in the afternoon and finished 10 past 9 in the evening. Had to keep phoning to find out what was happening. Half way through doing it I was surprised to be told that my floor wasn’t level enough for this kind of flooring despite the fact he had seen the floor previously to give me the quote and advised me on the most appe flooring. The surface now looks quite bumpy.. some of the work was also a bit untidy. Would not use again.
