Hi I have been a joiner for a little over 10 years now, I did my apprenticeship as a bench joiner so attention to detail is key for me. Me and Oskar my apprentice always finish jobs to a high standard. As with Stuart my painter who's eye for detail is second to none We have public liability so are insured for all jobs we take on. We enjoy our work and customers satisfaction is key.
Mark (MSW Joinery) came out the day after I posted the add, to survey the job. He gave me a very reasonable quote and time frame to complete the works I wanted. Just a few days later the job was completed. I’m very happy with the entire process with Mark not to mention the actual works. We had the pointing ground out and redone between the flags in the garden. Was happy overall with the job when it was finished but it took quite a bit longer than quoted. Now 10 months later the pointing is falling out in a few areas, so feeling a little bit disappointed with the job.

Brian responded very quickly after I posted for trees to be loped & cut back he and Mike came out today assessed the job and gave a very reasonable quote, once we agreed he started the job there & then - no messing no fuss just got stuck in & got the job done. Very poor standard of roofing. The job was rushed, not done properly,and the owner of the business who is an extremely fair person has accepted this fact and subsequently reduced his bill by half. However I have been left with a problem roof which AllStyle have indicated they will deal with any problems that arise in the future free of charge. I would hope they would use different roofers next time to repair the damage the first lot have created for which I have paid.
