Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job. Very disappointed, my elderly mother who he did the work for has been ill with the worry

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.
