Kaly the job was urgent and kaly responded swiftly and availability was no problem he explained everything about the product he gave a thorough explanation of the boiler and how to clean the magnet filter and was willing to come over next week free of charge to check on the progress he was amazing. He made sure everything was working perfectly and cleaned up thoroughly we can highly recommend him as the standard of work was excellent and the cost was extremely reasonable. Thanks Kaly

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

I did not get the Boiler replaced in the end as I was able to get my current one repaired. However, if I had gone ahead with replacing it, I would have instructed Harprit to replace it. His quote was the most competitive and also he sounded really professional when we spoke, answering all of my questions and being very helpful and transparent in terms of his pricing structure. I would highly recommend Marc and his team to anyone. they were everything we hoped in tradesmen when searching for someone to do a good job. They came to look at the job, said it was no problem, then gave us a very competitive quote. They fitted a new boiler for us, and off the back of this we have asked Them to come back again to do some other work, knowing that the work will be done proffesionally. Worked clean and tidy, arrived ontime. We now have a warm house! Thanks again Marc great job.

James will be my first point of contact for all building and plumbing related works until he retire. After having multiple quotations, we decided to give this job (complete bathroom refurbishment & kitchen tiling). His quotation was reasonable, and after seeing the outcome - we feel every penny is worth. We have got a quote without having enough knowledge, and proper design. But James took care of everything, he did research, he came up with design & plan - finally it's looking far better than we thought.

Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

I recently had Akoni Construction come out to decommission a water tank in our loft and replace our hot water cylinder, converting our heating to an unvented system. Dan and Marlan were excellent, they managed to fit us in quickly, and the quality of their workmanship has been outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We’re already working with the Akoni team on our next project, and they’re definitely contacts that will stay in my phone
