Stay Clear. We agreed in June for him to do a total boiler/heating install starting on 14th Sept. Stuart after getting the enquiry couldn't meet quick enough, he said all the right things. In August he switched off our heating and since then despite knowing we have 3 kids and no heat he has not engaged despite 9 texts, 5 messages, the only time I spoke to him was when he picked up the phone by mistake and bumbled an answer to get rid of me. Total disrespect to my family

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.
