I hired Dream Renovations (Patryk) to fit vinyl plank flooring in my shower room. Great job: quick and tidy. Following that I hired him to repair a collapsed ceiling. He turned up when he said he would, and did a great job: plasterboard, plastered, and painted. Came on time to check my boiler, which keeps cutting out. Spent around 2 hours looking at it only finding a cracked insulating plate, but unable to stop my boiler from cutting out. Took details of the plate to replace, stuck a do not use sticker on my boiler, and £100 from me. Then nothing until I chased him for an update and it was clear he’d not ordered a replacement plate. Chased again and not heard anything since. Avoid this man at all costs. I’m £100 down and needing to find a reliable gas engineer.
