I did not get the Boiler replaced in the end as I was able to get my current one repaired. However, if I had gone ahead with replacing it, I would have instructed Harprit to replace it. I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.

I can't leave 5 out of 5 as Richie was 3 hours late and I had received no update to let me know. But other than that very happy with their service.
