Worst experience ever with a builder. After requesting £5000 in advance, building control told us they are doing a terrible and dangerous job. They are not following the instructions from the Structural engineer and putting the building and people in a high risk. Since we paid the deposit they don't reply to our messages and calls, they only have worked about 5 days in a month. They refuse to give any money back although building control have encouraged us to hire someone "who knows what he is doing"

Needed a carpenter on short notice having been let down by someone else and Edward of Sarum Carpentry stepped up. The standard of his work was top class and I could see that he was putting the extra care and attention into everything that he did in order to achieve a high quality finish. He was thoroughly professional throughout, doing all of the messy jobs in the van to avoid undue dust in the house. I would definitely recommend Sarum carpentry and will be using them again.
