Very professional from start to finish. Andy & Matt were on time, polite, friendly and altogether very pleasant. They communicated with me if bad weather stopped play etc. The render looks good and the painting of sills etc is very neat. They cleared up after themselves too. Happy to recommend this Company. 15-year Guarantee Certificate arrived immediately following final payment. Sales & Office staff also very friendly. Altogether great job!!
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
