A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Connor was great to deal with in organising the job and agreeing a budget and Wayne (who did the relaying) worked to a high standard and was courteous, professional and honest - he told me the flashing didn’t actually need doing, as what was already there was fine.
