I had to give 1 start to make my post. After 3 further attempts to repair my roof, my ceiling went from light water marks to having to pin plastic to the ceiling and collect water in a water butt as it took then nearly 1 week to come back to put their work right, they never attended when they said they would, always saying they would be there that day, then always cancelling at the last minute. A 10YR GUARANTEE IS GIVEN, not worth much is it!

This was a complete con job. First quote of £800 went up to £4000 as more 'problems' were discovered then when most of the roof was off so it went to £12500. I was in a cleft stick with no roof and rain expected. Stupidly I paid it. The wet ceilings persist and an independent surveyor has told me non of the work was necessary. The scaffolding is still there but supposed to be removed this week (after 1 month!) and Mr Owen has not commented on my request for a response.
