I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Ray's a very professional tradesmnn. Happy to discuss all aspects of the work, which expanded somewhat from our initial discussions. He alone left brochures for my perusal, giving me the largest choice possible for both paving & fencing. He provided quotations as & when required, was punctual & extremely hard-working along with his colleague Tam. The work took 2 days longer than expected though the cost remained as estimated.
