As with any roof repair, it is a scary process as you need to have confidence in the person you hire. I was happy with the quote, and whilst he was on the roof, he took pictures to show me what was wrong. There was no upselling either, just specifics to what needed to be done. Arrived in good time, kept me informed and tidied up afterwards. I asked for extra work to be completed on the gable end, and that was completed in good time. Very happy. I will paint the ceiling and see if any stains reappear.

Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. We had new patio doors fitted. The quality of doors and fit was excellent. The work was carried out on a Saturday, which was really convenient for us. The old doors were taken away with all the rubbish from the job. The conservatory was left clean and tidy. We had other quotes for this job and know that we got excellent value for money. We will use PR Building Services again if we need any other work done in the future.

Craig came next day at 8am - fixed the problem in minutes - will use him again in future for a porch project. He has also worked on a much bigger project for our friebds. We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.
