Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. We were stuck in very stressful, difficult situation and Russel was the only builder interested in building our extension. (Either the Job was to small for others or they were only interested in doing it if they could cut corners.) I will always be grateful for his hard world, kindness, and patience.

Excellent Work on Partition Wall, Electrics, and Finish. ?We recently hired these guys to install a partition wall separating our staircase from the living room, and the results are fantastic. ?The entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism. Edward was fast to reply and arrived at the earliest opportunity. He fixed my door handle, then went to my mum’s house where he fitted a light, cleared the guttering, fit a new toilet seat and replaced the flush handle. All done quickly and with a friendly manner. I don’t hesitate to recommend him!

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
