A time and date was agreed with this company to attend our home and then provide us with a quote. However on the due date, the Representative of the company did not arrive. When we tried to call the company to find out why, we continually received an out of office message even tho this was only late afternoon . Very poor , we will not use this company again

The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..

Shane was really helpful in giving us different ideas of what we could have with our windows, fascia and soffets. The price he quoted was far better than other companies and the work was done on time. He also did the little extras that would not normally get done. The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.
