I couldn't rate Chris and his team highly enough. There's been great communication through the process, they've worked around our timeline, and gave a great cost breakdown in the quote. 5 Star Fencing was absolutely superb - came to site on the day agreed, replaced the three bowed fence panels with ones of very good quality and painted them to match the rest of the fence, and did a small repair on an existing panel - Callum of 5 Star Fencing was an absolute pleasure and left the site (my garden) all clean and tidy.

Tom did a great job, helped us make some good decisions on design and came up with the sketches for our job as well. Top notch to deal with, accurate information all the time and very reliable. Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.
