David, Adam and the team they employed were very good. They talked through every aspect of the job beforehand and made the costs clear in the contract. The construction was of a high quality and all done efficiently. This construction was completed during lockdown and the team adapted and communicated well throughout the process. Everyone who worked on the job was polite and friendly and professional. During the construction there were minor changes needed which were accomodated well, even after completion.

The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks. But before I knew anything about it he’d taken down the scaffolding and packed up claiming he’d done everything possible. I’d paid handsomely for a days work, I got a couple of hours max. Generally though, mark is a pleasant fellow,

Lee and Chloe were fantastic. They built a decking area for us which has transformed the garden. The quality of their work is excellent and their work ethic is superb. Unfortunately this job seemed to be beyond Jay's ability and we had to stop it part way through and find someone else to finish it. On the positive side Jay recognised this and was very apologetic and was certainly not trying to rip us off. But I cannot recommend him for this type of job (replacing existing front door and frame with new frame and door).
