Tony initially appeared enthusiastic and was available very quickly to rectify a water leak from guttering/roof. Unfortunately he didn't resolve the problem. I contacted him weekly to see if he would come back. Each time he said he had the materials to repair the problem and would be around at the end of each week. This repeated itself over five weeks. He never came back. He also did work for 3 neighbours who have also experienced problems with his work.

Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.
